The spa wasn't functional. I found that out too late. breakfast was overpriced and basic, it was not worth the money. the hotel is nowhere near 5-star standard as advertised.

I stayed in a spacious room with access to the beautiful garden and convenient parking. The location felt very special. the room included a kettle with tea and instant coffee. the city centre is only a short drive, and a shopping centre is quite near. free parking with sufficient spaces was very useful.

The air conditioning was a bit inefficient. It struggled to keep the room cool, even on the highest setting.
